  • How do I create an account?
    1. Open ChiccaChicca on your mobile phone. 2. Select 'Escort Sign Up' at the top right of the screen. 3. Fill in your details and proceed through authentication. 4. Once authenticated, you can create your ChiccaChicca profile.
  • Can I register more than one profile?
    We understand that you might want the flexibility to have different profiles. You can create up to three profiles. You could have one for your services as a Mistress or Dom, another offering a pornstar experience and another offering a more sensual girlfriend experience, for example.
  • What countries does ChiccaChicca cover?
    Technically ChiccaChicca is available globally, however our initial focus is on the United Kingdom, starting with London. However, we have big plans to expand over the coming months and years and will keep you posted on our progress
  • How do I perform a search?
    There are two ways to perform a search: 1. When opening ChiccaChicca’s homepage, you’ll automatically see all online profiles in order of proximity. You can further refine your search with the filter button in the top right corner. 2. If you want to search a specific area to plan in advance, press the dropdown button at the top right and press ‘Change My Location’. This will open a map for you to drag a pin to drop in an area of choice. Press ‘Explore Results’ after this. When looking at your results, this will show all profiles within 5km of the area you’ve selected. This can be filtered as mentioned before with the filter in the top right.
  • What is ChiccaChicca all about?
    ChiccaChicca minimises timewasting and generates better quality interest because unlike old-school adult classifieds sites - which are confusing, slow-to-use & misleading - we use real- time availability and geolocation technology to tell clients the two things they want to know most – “who’s free right now?” and “how near to me are they?
  • How do I change my username, password, phone number, or account email address?
    To change your account information, you must be logged in. Simply use the dropdown menu in the top right corner and open Settings followed by Account Settings. From here, your account information can be changed. To change your phone number, use the ‘Edit Profile’ feature in ‘My Account’.
  • How do I change the roles/services I offer?
    Go to the dropdown menu and select ‘My Account’ followed by ‘My Profiles’ and select the profile you wish to edit. Scroll and select Edit Profile and scroll further to the Services section. Once you’ve made the desired changes, scroll down, and save your changes.
  • How do I create multiple profiles?
    To create a profile, open the dropdown menu and select ‘Create Profile’, complete the required details, and proceed through the prompts. To switch between your profiles, select ‘My Account’ and select ‘Your Profiles’. You will be shown your profiles and will be able to switch between profiles.
  • How do I delete my account?
    By deleting your photos and videos, your profile will not be displayed. Once you post a photo or video your profile will display. If you wish to fully delete your account (which we hope you don’t!), you can do so by emailing us at support@chiccachicca.com.
  • How do I block clients?
    To block a client during a call or chat, select the menu button at the top right and select ‘Block this user’ and accept the prompt that is displayed.
  • How do profiles work?
    Each of your profiles allows you to post photos and a video that are publicly available, however, please note that only clients within 10 kilometres of your location can contact you. Your profile is displayed as being ‘Online’ if you are signed in and/or have been active within the last 40 minutes. After that, your profile does not disappear, but will show a time delay to when you were last online which might reduce the number of inbound enquiries you receive. Creating an account and creating your profiles is free – you can go live with your photos and a video on each of your profiles for no charge. You are only charged only when you accept a client call or reply to a client message. Each call costs you two credits (per 5 minutes) and each exchange of messages will cost you one credit (up to 20 individual messages). Credits cost £1.
  • How do I create a profile?
    1. From the dropdown menu, select ‘Create Profile’ 2. Complete your details. Please do not provide availability information in the description, please simply select ‘Next’. 3. Complete the required details. 4. Provide your in-call and outcall rates (in-calls being where the client visits you, outcalls being where you visit the client). 5. Upload your photos and a video. Photos need to be genuine and undergo a filter check for appropriateness. 6. Select ‘Next'. 7. Enter your phone number and select ‘Next’. Your phone number is confidential and is only for verification purposes. An SMS verification code will be sent to you that you will need to enter. 8. To connect with clients via calls or messages, your account must have sufficient credits. A call costs 2 credits for every 5 minutes. Exchanges of chat messages cost 1 credit per 20 individual messages. Additional charges will be incurred beyond that. 9. Once your account has been credited, your profile will be live. The process can take up to 30minutes.
  • How do I modify a profile?
    1. From the homepage, press the dropdown menu and press My Account. Select ‘Your Profile’ and select the profile you wish to edit. 2. Once you’ve selected your profile, scroll down and press ‘Edit Profile’. 3. Make the changes you wish to make. Once you’ve made the changes, scroll all the way down and press Save Changes.
  • How do I remove a profile?
    To remove a profile, open the dropdown menu in the top right corner, and press ‘My Account’. From here, select ‘Your Profiles’ and select the profile you wish to delete. Scroll down and press ‘Delete Profile’.
  • How do I speak with clients?
    Once you’ve posted your first profile, clients who are searching for profiles in your area will see your profile and be able to contact you if you’re online, or you’ve been online within the past 40 minutes. When a client reaches out to you via a call or message, you can respond accordingly. Note that calls and messages are charged against your account. If the client’s timing and needs meet yours, you can provide them with a phone number or another form of contact and agree the details of the meeting.
  • How do I disable my profile when I am not working?
    To disable your profile during non-working hours, log in, go to My Account and scroll down. Press the button that says "Deactivate Profile". When you want your profile to be shown to clients again, go back to My Account, scroll down and press "Activate Profile.
  • How do I get notified that a client is trying to reach me?
    When a client tries to message or call you through the web app, you will immediately be sent both an SMS message and an email to let you know. You will also see a notification on the bell icon in the web app. You have 20 minutes to respond before the contact opportunity expires.
  • How do I get the green orb to show on my profile?
    Your profile is displayed as being ‘Online’ if you are signed in and/or have been active within the last 40 minutes. After that, your profile does not disappear, but will show a time delay to when you were last online. So just keep using your phone so the green orb appears on your profile showing users you're online and active. This will get you more clients as ChiccaChicca users prefer profiles showing an 'Online Now' green dot. So when working, interact with your mobile often, so YOU win their business!
  • How do I upload photos and videos?
    You can add up 10 photos and 1 video to each of your profiles. You can upload photos in several different formats (JPEG and PNG) which are subject to a maximum data size of 20 MB. Videos are limited to MP4 and QuickTime formats, with a 20 MB file size limit. All media is subject to ChiccaChicca’s Posting Guidelines.
  • What are the video rules?
    Please do not refer to money, your services, other websites, or inappropriate toys. Please do not appear completely nude or show the use of drugs or other illegal substances. All videos are reviewed for appropriateness. Please speak in English and do not swear or use abusive language in your video. Finally, we would remind you that the video cannot contain any materials that are subject to copyright.
  • Why do I need credits?
    Creating an account and creating your profiles is free – you can go live with your photos and a video on each of your profiles for no charge. You are only charged only when you accept a client call or reply to a client message. Each call costs you two credits (per 5 minutes) and each exchange of messages will cost you one credit (up to 20 individual messages). Credits cost £1.00.
  • How do I pay for credits?
    Credits are required for you to speak to or message clients. 1. When you’ve run out of credit, select the profile button, or follow the on-screen prompts. 2. The top right button opens a drop-down menu, select My Profiles and Credit Account. A prompt will open. 3. Fill in the amount you wish to top up and your card details. 4. Agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy by checking the box at the bottom and select Submit. Your account credit will update within 24 hours.
  • What are my payment options?
    ChiccaChicca accepts credit cards, prepaid cards, and debit cards.
  • Can I save my card details?
    When making payment on ChiccaChicca, you can save your card details for future use. This will allow a fast and secure checkout next time you pay for a profile. All you need to do is tick the box ‘Save card’. Your card details are encrypted, and nobody will have access to it.
  • How do I find my payment receipt?
    All receipts are sent to your verified email address once payment has been processed. If you require a copy, please email receipts@chiccachicca.comwith your account ID and the date payment was processed and we will send you a copy via email.
  • What is the 3-digit security number or CVV?
    The 3-digit security number is printed on the back of your card. It proves that you are the owner of the card, and it is physically with you. Providing the security code reduces fraud risk and allows you to safely make online payments.
  • Why was my purchase refused?
    There are a few reasons why a payment might be rejected. Please note the following: You must use your own card. There must be sufficient funds to cover the purchase. Ensure you enter all the required information correctly (cardholder name, card number, card expiry date, security code). Ensure your bank approves the payments you are making online.
  • Is it safe to pay on ChiccaChicca?
    The payment you make on ChiccaChicca is entirely safe. Furthermore, your card details are encrypted so there is no need to worry, it will stay private, and nobody will have access to it.
  • Am I eligible for a refund?
    We take payment issues seriously, and any refunds made are at the sole discretion of ChiccaChicca. ChiccaChicca reserves the right to suspend any paid profiles that do not comply with our Terms and Conditions. To this effect, ChiccaChicca has the right to reject a refund request.
  • Where can I see my account credit transfers?
    From the home page, select the Advertiser login from the dropdown menu. On your profile, open the dropdown menu at the top right and press My Profiles. Upon scrolling down, you will see a summary of your account transfers.
  • Why am I having problems logging in?
    If you’ve forgotten your password, please press ‘forgot your password’ on the login page. If your email has changed and you do not have access to your account’s email, please get in touch with us at support@chiccachicca.com with valid ID ready for us to verify, along with the original ID used for account verification.
  • Why are my rates incorrectly displayed?
    If your rates are incorrectly displayed, you can open the drop-down menu and press ‘My Account’. Press Edit Profile and scroll down to your selected profile’s rates and edit them. If you experience any further problems, please contact us at support@chiccachicca.com with the enquiry.
  • Why were my photos rejected?
    If a photo has been rejected, it is because our team believes that it contravenes the website’s Posting Guidelines. If you believe this is not the case, you can email us at support@chiccachicca.com.
  • Why can’t I see my video?
    Your video may take time to load when viewing it, especially when recently uploaded. Refreshing the site may fix this. If the issue persists, please contact us at support@chiccachicca.com
  • Why can’t I see my photos?
    While logged in, you can swipe through your current profile’s photos. To look through your photos on other profiles, you must switch profiles.
  • Why has my profile disappeared?
    You can re-enable your profile by going to your Account page and pressing ‘Your Profiles’. Select the profile you wish to re-enable and press ‘Enable’ at the bottom of the screen.
  • Why has my profile been rejected?
    If your profile has been rejected, it is because our team believes that it contravenes the website’s Posting Guidelines. If you believe this is not the case, you can email us at support@chiccachicca.com
  • Where can I see my profile?
    To see your current profile, open the dropdown menu and press My Account. Your current profile will be displayed next to Profile Name. To see your profile on the live site, press the ChiccaChicca icon at the top left.
  • How long does it take to see the changes I made live?
    This should happen within 5 minutes of finishing the ‘Post a Profile’ process. If your profile does not show up, please contact support@chiccachicca.com
  • Why is my profile not showing?
    Please ensure you have a stable internet connection and GPS enabled. This will ensure that your online status is maintained, and the profile continues to remain online.
  • Why do I have to enable GPS?
    GPS is required for a profile to be enabled to show clients you’re in each area. Exact locations are never displayed on ChiccaChicca.
  • Why are no profiles showing in my area?
    If this is the case, you may wish to try exploring different areas with the Explore button on the homepage. Also bear in mind that ChiccaChicca does not provide a service outside of the UK at the moment.
  • How do I perform a search?

  • I’m not getting any clients, what can I do?
    You may wish to change the photos you use in your profiles or your profile details; you can do this by going to ‘My Profiles’ and pressing ‘Edit Profile’ with the profile you wish to change. You may also offer different services, change the description of your profile, as well as offer to a broader audience such as couples. All of this can be done in ‘My Profiles’. Residing in different areas and working outcalls may allow more potential buyers to see your profile.
  • How do I get in touch?

  • How do I report a profile?
    If a profile causes you concern or distress, you can report it. Open the profile and press the button in the top right to open the drop-down menu. Press Report This Profile and then tell us why the profile has caused you concern. We will deal with the report accordingly. If the profile you wish to complain about is using your personal information without consent, report the profile and we will get in contact with a request for proof of identity.
  • How can I meet safely?
    Once you’ve established contact through a phone number or other platform, arrange a time and a place to meet. Meeting the buyer face-to-face in a public location accompanied by someone is the safest approach. You should also let someone else know where you are during the time of the meet.
  • How can I protect myself?
    Never give out your login details to anyone. Always wait for payments from the buyer to clear before providing any services. If any transactions are made in cash, ensure the notes are not counterfeit. This can be done via the Bank of England website. If you’re using PayPal, ensure you’ve met the requirements of the seller protection scheme. You can use PayPal invoices to prevent refund disputes and ensure that the invoice is set for services. When speaking to clients through messages, always be careful when being sent links. Always be smart with the client. Avoid drinking or taking drugs on any dates.
  • What do I do if I met someone I believe was trafficked?
    ChiccaChicca has a zero-tolerance policy towards exploration and trafficking.   • Where can I find more support?
    If you wish to find other spaces with other UK sex workers, there are several organisations that will support you, including: The Lucy Faithfull Foundation is a UK-wide child protection charity, dedicated to preventing child sexual abuse; they are happy to work with ASWs to prevent the sexual exploitation online.
