Promotion Terms & Conditions

Refer a Friend Promotion 

​

  1. The Refer a Friend Promotion may be withdrawn or amended at any time and without notice.  If the Promotion is withdrawn, any Gift Cards due made because of a successful referral will be honoured. 

  2. The Refer a Friend Offer is open to active ChiccaChicca members who hold a valid account and profile registered with ChiccaChicca and are regularly logging in

  3. If you are an employee of ChiccaChicca you may enter this promotion only in a personal capacity.  Any entries that we reasonably believe were submitted during, or in furtherance of, the course of your employment will be deemed ineligible and will be disqualified.  

  4.  To participate in the Refer a Friend promotion you need to:

    1. Spread the word and introduce ChiccaChicca to your friends by text, email, or social media.

    2. Your friend needs to set up an account, create a profile, and upload at least one photo at www.ChiccaChicca.com 

    3. Once they have signed up, all you need to do is send us an email to contact@chiccachicca.com with your friend’s profile name & mobile number

    4. We will send them a text to verify it’s them and ask them to confirm your profile name

    5. As a thank you we will send you a £10 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card for each friend who joins us, provided that the friend: 

                                 a. is eligible to join ChiccaChicca in accordance with our Terms of Use
                                 b. is joining ChiccaChicca for the first time,

  5. You can refer up to a maximum of 20 friends, but if you’ve got more than 20 friends who want to sign up, email us on contact@chiccachicca.com and we’ll work something out with you.  Note also that you can’t earn more than 5 Gift Cards within any 24-hour period or 10 within 3 months, but again, if you have a whole lot more friends than that who want to sign up, get in touch!

  6. The Offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer.

  7. The vouchers are not transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered.  We reserve the right at any time to substitute an alternative prize of similar or greater value.

  8. ChiccaChicca reserves the right to disqualify any entries which it deems, at its sole discretion, to contravene the spirit of the promotion. 

  9. ChiccaChicca reserves the right to vary all elements of this offer at any time without notice.

  10. Any third-party terms and conditions relating to the prize are beyond the control of ChiccaChicca. 

  11. By taking part in the Refer a Friend promotion you are acknowledging and accepting these terms and conditions in their entirety.

  12. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and England and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
